You don't need to have it all figured out to start putting yourself out there.

You care deeply about what you're building. But when it comes to actually getting it in front of editors, potential partners, or the audience that would love what you do, it’s hard to know where to begin. You're not sure who to reach out to, what to say, what to post, how to describe yourself on your IG bio, or how to go from reactive to proactive.

Maybe you've sent a few pitches and heard nothing back. Maybe you know you should be more consistent with your content but you're not sure what to post or why. Maybe you've watched other brands land press and partnerships and wondered what they're doing differently.

You don't need to hire an agency. You need a foundation, a roadmap, and the right people in your corner.

How The Program Works

All You Need is built on three layers that work together and meet you where you are, no matter how much time you have. This isn't a course you finish and forget. It's a year of regular check-ins, community engagement, and monthly direction that keep you moving forward on PR, partnerships, and content. Not one-time wins, but the kind of momentum that compounds over time.

Foundational Lessons

Work through at your own pace. Always available.

These are the core lessons that give you the knowledge and tools to grow your business through PR, partnerships, and content. Whether you’re brand new or have been in business for years, these lessons are designed to be revisited as your business evolves. They’re not tied to any specific month or season, they’re the fundamentals that make everything else work.

Monthly Guidance

Timely, seasonal, and actionable.

While the foundational lessons give you the knowledge, the monthly guidance keeps you in motion. Each month, you get a fresh checklist and lesson tied to what’s timely and relevant right now including seasonal pitch angles, content ideas, action items, and a focused topic to help you keep building.

Quarterly Planning

Step back, look ahead, and plan the season.

Four times a year, Carla and Kathryn lead a guided planning session where you step back from the day-to-day and plan ahead. These sessions help you shift from reactive to proactive.

Community

You're not doing this alone. Through it all, you're part of a community of business owners and creators who are in it with you, sharing wins, asking questions, and supporting each other.

How All You Need Is Different

Hiring a PR agency starts around $5,000 per month. Great if you have the budget, but most creative businesses and lifestyle brands don't, especially early on.

Taking a one-time course can teach you a lot in a week, then life gets busy and the materials sit untouched. There's no ongoing support, no one to ask questions, and nothing to keep you moving.

On your own means hours spent Googling or asking AI "how to pitch editors," piecing together free advice that may or may not be current, and hoping you're doing it right. It rarely gets results and can be isolating.

All You Need is an entire year of foundational lessons, monthly guidance, live sessions with two experts who've done this for 20+ years, quarterly planning, and a community doing the work alongside you.

I have a question about pitching... In my research, I found two editors from the same publication who both seem to be a good fit, and it raised this question because I’m stumped about who is best to reach out to as a rule of thumb…Specifically, is it more productive to pitch the junior writer or senior writer of the two? Thanks so much in advance!

Here are just a few questions from our Group Chat board:

Does anyone have advice for posting stories with links more consistently? I was looking for a way to do this from desktop, but it seems like there’s really no “easy” way to do this— but I’m definitely someone more likely to be on my laptop than on my phone. If you’re linking product consistently in stories, what’s your best practice on doing so?
Hello! I have a question about Instagram ads. I’m new to Instagram/Meta ads and am wondering if people recommend using Meta Ads Manager to create an ad vs. boosting an existing post. I find Meta Ads Manager a bit overwhelming, but I’m seeing in various places online that running an ad via Ads Manager is more impactful than boosting a post. Appreciate any insights or resources you all may have on this topic. Thanks!

Meet Carla & Kathryn

We created All You Need after spending decades in PR and communications working with startups, founders, and leading brands across tech, fashion, home, design, beauty, wellness, art, food & beverage, and more.

Over the years we kept seeing the same gap: the tools to grow a creative business or become a solopreneur or creator have never been better, but the guidance on how to actually build a brand and grow (how to pitch, how to build partnerships, how to get your story out there) hasn't kept up. Most of what's out there is out of reach financially (agencies), too surface-level (one-time courses), or completely on your own with no ongoing support.

We built All You Need to fill that gap. We help our members go from "I don't know where to start" to landing press coverage, building brand partnerships, and gaining the confidence to go after their goals.

This Is For You If…

  • You run a creative business, lifestyle brand, or are building an audience as a creator in fashion, home, design, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle

  • You want to land press, build brand partnerships, and grow, but you're not sure where to start or what to prioritize

  • You've been doing great work but the right people don't know about it yet

  • You want clear, step-by-step direction on what to focus on each month

  • You want to be part of a community of people who are building alongside you and holding each other accountable

  • You want expert-led guidance without paying agency prices

  • You're ready to show up with a plan and build real momentum in your business

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all. The Foundational Lessons are designed to meet you wherever you are, whether you've never sent a pitch or you've been in business for years. The monthly guidance gives you clear action items so you're never wondering what to do next.

  • Yes. Most of our experienced members say the monthly checklists, pitch angles, and quarterly planning sessions are what finally gave them structure and consistency. And the PR Power Hours give you a place to get feedback on real situations in your business.

  • That's up to you. Some members spend a few hours a month working through the checklist and attending the PR Power Hour. Others go deeper with the Foundational Lessons and community. It's designed to fit around your schedule, not add to your overwhelm.

  • Interior designers, artists, food brands, jewelry designers, wellness practitioners, home goods companies, content creators, stylists, floral designers, and more. If you're building something in the creative or lifestyle space, you'll find your people here.

  • Because real results take time. PR follows seasonal cycles, editorial calendars run months ahead, and relationships with editors and partners build over months, not days. The brands that get results are the ones that show up consistently. Over 12 months, you'll move through seasonal pitch cycles, build real relationships, refine your approach, and create the kind of momentum that compounds. This isn't a quick fix. It's a year of building something that lasts.

  • You can renew and keep building. The monthly guidance, pitch angles, and content ideas are always fresh, so year two feels completely different from year one. Many of our members say the program gets more valuable over time as they build on what they've learned.
